Mississippi INBRE Partnership with My Brother’s Keeper Introducing Students to Public Health, Health Disparities, and Research

The American Association for the Advancement of Science recently visited Mississippi INBRE to study the Community Engagement and Training Core. This core is made possible through Mississippi INBRE’s partnership with My Brother’s Keeper in Jackson, Miss. Through this partnership, the Mississippi INBRE Service Scholars program was established aimed at introducing undergraduate students from Mississippi to public health, health disparities education, clinical practice and research.
