2016 Mississippi INBRE Service Scholar, Bijal Patel is working to reach her goals since completing her summer experience. After completing the Mississippi INBRE Service Scholar program, she returned to Millsaps College to finish her degree in Biology. After graduation, Bijal’s goal is to pursue a medical degree at University of Mississippi Medical Center. In February 2017, Bijal presented her research at the Mississippi Academy of Sciences in Hattiesburg, MS.
