Mississippi INBRE Bioinformatics Core Director, Dr. Shahid Karim from The University of Southern Mississippi recently received a grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture for his research on the “Characterizing Emerging Tick-Induced Red Meat Allergy.” Dr. Karim’s research is supported in part by Mississippi INBRE.
