Proteomics
The Mississippi INBRE Proteomics Facility at Mississippi State University provides proteomics and metabolomics expertise to researchers throughout the state. Core facility staff can perform a variety of proteomics services for investigators, including mass spectrometry, protein isolation and identification, post-translational modification characterization, comparative and quantitative proteomics, and data analysis.
