This summer, University of Mississippi student, William Varner conducted research on contributing factors in osteoporosis at the University of Mississippi Medical Center under Dr. Andrew Smith. About his summer experience, William said, “I like a challenge and INBRE provided me the opportunity to learn while expanding my skill set in Biochemistry which is my major.”
